Please provide the following information when requesting a callback. This helps us assess the situation quickly and respond safely and efficiently.

1. Property Information

• How long have you lived at the property?
• When was the property built?
• Is the property listed? If so, what grade (Grade I or II)?

2. Bee Activity & History

• How long have you noticed the bees?
• Have you got honey coming into the property?
• Have you contacted anyone else for removal or treatment?
• If treatment has been applied, when was this? (Chemicals may still be active and pose risks)

3. Swarm Location (if applicable)

• Where is the swarm located? (e.g. garden, roof, tree, wall cavity)
• Approximate height from the ground

4. Accessibility

• Can we safely access the swarm or nest?
• Any obstacles? (locked gates, narrow access, fragile roofing, etc.)

5. Surroundings & Safety

• Is the area busy? (e.g. near a school, public footpath, or high foot traffic)
• Any children or pets on site?
• Any nearby footpaths or bridleways?
• Is anyone at the property anaphylactic (severe allergy to stings)?

6. Photos or Videos (Highly Recommended)

• Please send a clear photo or short video of the bees or swarm
• This helps us confirm species, assess access, and respond faster
